Strawberries are the domain of the Head Gardener. We usually produce a decent crop form a dozen plants in pots in the polytunnel each year. This year they are few and far between, the plants are too old and we (notice the plural) did not get round to propagating the replacements last summer. This year we will produce some new plants and have another attempt at growing them in the fruit cage.
Just add it to your list of jobs!
