Lovely – I see roast butternut squash soup. I know mine are there but my squash patch is a jungle of foliage right now.
It’s too cold to grew pumpkins and squahes outide here and even in the polytunnel it’s touch and go. So the large squash was a surprise. I’ve still got to try and persuade it too ripen or it will be back to the supermarket for the ingredients for the soup!
…but still a winner… 😉
